As I no longer have enough spare time to maintain this site I have decided to change it in order to reduce maintenance time.
I still have a keen interest in boating & sailing in Northern Ireland (although I don't get out in Compass Rose as much as I would like).

I had originally intended this site to be a comprehensive portal for the Northern Ireland boating community. It was intended for all boat owners, users and enthusiasts, covering power boats / motor boats, sailing boats, river boats, pwc (personal water craft), water sports, fishing, and other similar activities. It would include links to marinas, chandlers, boating organisations, boat clubs, boat magazines, brokers and boatyards.
The site would also have offered an online message forum (powered by PHPBB), a gallery (powered by Coppermine), a guestbook (powered by Keil Softwares signkorn), and an online information base (powered by mediaWiki).
Unfortunately, due to lack of time, I have had to temporarily abandon this project. With a bit of luck I will be able to pick it up again sometime in the future.
